Planned Maintenance Westpac Tower only (Scheduled)

  • Dear Valued KernWi-Fi Customer,

    We have been notified from the Building Management the Annual Shutdown for Westpac Tower to check all their electrical will as the following:

    Date: 20/11/2021 & 21st of November 2021

    Time: 6am to 6pm (12 Hrs Each Day).


    Generaotors will be arranged to power all our services on site.  

    This is affecting Westpac Tower clients only.


    KernWi-Fi customers in these areas may experience some interruptions to their service when the services are restored each day. We will have UPS on site to minimise the disruption. 

    We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this scheduled upgrade to electrical equipment.

    We thank you for your patience and understanding in regards to this interruption and we look forward to continuing to provide our customers with a reliable, super-fast KernWi-Fi Service.
