    Our Carrier has observed a possible fibre break between Derirmut and Woodend in Melbourne, causing high latency. Our Carrier fibre crew have been engaged to attend site.

    An ETR will be provided once our initial investigation is complete. Further updates will be provided within the next 2 hours.

    Further Updates:

    Our Carrier field technicians identified a unidirectional fiber break in a 3rd party carrier network segment.
    Our Carrier has engaged the 3rd party carrier for restoration actions.
    Further updates will be provided in the next 2 hours.

    During this time KernWi-Fi clients may experience high ping time and latency.

    Third party provider advised that the fault has been located near Gisborne and damaged at least one tube of fibres within. Fibre crew are working on to restore the services. NO ETR provided yet. Further updates will be provided in the next 2 hours.
